Furthermore, At the beginning of 2009,the IFM(International Monetary Fund)predicted the finance would decrease in all over the world.In UK,financial forecast shows that UK will decrease 4.1percent in this year. American,France have decelpoed a series of programs to improve financial and social service.In this paper,I will brief introduce about british government measures.

The budget proposed many plans to stimulate the economy including the provide 500 million pounds for mortgage to guarantee bonds for housing construction.
